Agreement

By accessing or using Mumble Voice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our extension or website.

Use of the Service

You may use Mumble Voice only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could harm the service or other users.

Subscription and Payment

Paid features are subject to the subscription plan you choose. Fees are billed in advance. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Free trial and automatic renewal. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and we email you before it ends. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and your payment method is charged the plan price. Subscriptions then renew automatically each billing period — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose — until you cancel. One free trial is available per account.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then.

Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which takes precedence over this section. Refunded subscriptions are cancelled and access ends at the time of the refund.

Mumble Voice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
